I sent my teenage son to GTS Express Lube for an oil change.  They asked him if he needed several extra services.  While he called  his Dad to ask, they performed the services.  I feel like they took advantage of an unknowing teenager by selling him services I have never heard of.  Why does anyone need an oil system flush or a fuel system flush?  They also put in a new air filter which was not needed.  I called to question the service and was told they only offer or suggest additional services.  They are just trying to make a few extra dollars.  I have had them do state inspections on all of our vehicles and change the oil on this vehicle and was pleased with their service.  After this incident, my business and my money will go somewhere else.
