Was told $250 for new head unit for my Passat after I dropped the car off w/ them they called back and said it was $550 not $250, When the radio was finished it didn't pick up any stations, guy told me it needed a booster which didn't cost much at all, because of the type of antenna the car had. The radio in the car worked great w/ the antenna before this guy got a hold of it. He tells me to bring the car by and he won't charge me any labor. I send the car back and this guy tries to charge me $145 to put the booster on. I implore anyone reading to stay away from this place.
Paid them well to install my radio. The blew 3 20-amp fuses and 1 1... read more Paid them well to install my radio. The blew 3 20-amp fuses and 1 10-amp fuse in my Ford F250 truck. I am lucky they did not fry the computer. Now the sub-woofer output on the new stereo does not work and they claim it came that way from the factory. Right. I do not recommend this company to change a light bulb, let alone install a car stereo.

Without hesitation the lady not only recommended two other places but gave me their phone numbers. It's very rare in this day and time for that to happen.
