I called to book an appointment to have my lights replaced. I explained on the phone that one of my fog lights and one of my headlights was out. At the appointment, they ran a test a replaced the headlight and a rear light (not the fog light like I requested and even after the test). It was also pointed out to me that another smaller light was out after I had paid and returned when I noticed the fog light was still out, I should have noticed on the invoice. The service was overall excellent but I wish that notes would have been taken on my call and that they would have replaced the fog light after running the test, I would have thought it would have been noticed.
