Shop was unable to correctly diagnose a faulty water pump. Inability ... read more Shop was unable to correctly diagnose a faulty water pump. Inability to diagnose the problem also lead to further mechanical damage on the car requiring additional repairs. Had to take my Honda to another shop to correctly diagnose and fix the problems. Customer service was mediocre to poor. Price was fair considering they charged the normal going rate for a diagnosis, only problem is they failed to accurately diagnose the problem. I do not recommend this shop.
