We have been talking our Volvo's and Saabs to Swedish Imports for at least 25 years. They have been thorough, honest, reliable, timely and forthright. The work has been outstanding. They have always treated us with respect and friendliness. We have bought our last Volvo's in part because of our trust in the crew at Swedish Imports.

It's time I should reply to your emails that advertise services to say that I will no longer be a customer of yours.
Last year after 10,000 mile service on my 2017 Audi, I was told that the clutch was starting to slip. I was advised to have it checked at my next visit. That was awful advice. I should have been told, "Fix it now", for a few thousand miles later the clutch pedal went to the floor in West Virginia, taking the flywheel with it. Over $5,000 in expenses for towing, repair, and hotels later, I was back home.
I do not want to write this on another forum. I save my real vituperation for Audi. The clutch failed at 96,000 miles. I drove my previous three cars, all with manual transmissions, for about 700,00 with not a whisper of clutch failure. Audi chose to describe their clutch as a "wear item" and said the damage was due to my improper use of the clutch, as if I were a wannabe NASCAR driver.

Swedish Imports has provided excellent service for all kinds of mechanical problems on our old Volvos during the past 9 years.  You can count on them to get it right and give you a fair deal!
