I called These guys because they specialize in BMW repair and I am glad that I did. First they quoted me $250 less then BMW for the valve cover, then when they arrived and diagnosed the oil leak to be coming from the oil filter housing. This of coarse saved me quite a bit of money. They could have repaired the valve cover then charged me more to repair the actual leak. I highly suggest using Proficient Auto for all of your Raleigh auto repair needs.

It did for me anyway. As to friendliness, he is cordial, but not an outgoing friendly guy. My experience is that machinists are arrogant jerks. He's not as bad as most.
