Went in with a nail in my tire. Because of where the nail was, I had t... read more Went in with a nail in my tire. Because of where the nail was, I had to get a used tire from Doug for $30.00. A few miles down the road my low air pressure light came on. Went back and said we just didn't put enough air in the tire. Went to work. On the way home that same day, the air pressure light came on again. They were closed. Next morning the tire was completely flat. Called Doug. The sent some to put air in the tire so I could get to them (less than a mile). When he examined it he told me that I had gotten an nail in it and he would not give me my money back, he didn't show me a nail, by the way. He would plug it for me. I explained to him the I was going out of town and was not comfortable with the tire. He said I am not giving you your money back but I won't charge you for going to put the air in your tire "I will just eat that lost". He then turned and walked away. I paid $30 for a tire that took me less than 50 miles.
