After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anyth... read more After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

The manager - who is hands on with almost every job has been working for Muffler Masters for 30 years. This location offers better prices because of the location (kind of off the beaten path).
