I took my Audi A4 into these guys after it broke down on my way to work when we were having a really bad cold spell. I was thinking that one of my pumps or my battery was going out because the car was giving me an oil level error before it shut down. When I talked to these guys the next day after having it towed to them, they treated me like and idiot when I told them what I thought was wrong. The next day, they were telling me that my exhaust valve was bent and quoted me 6,000 to replace it??? But, they hadn't found the reason for my oil level light coming on yet? I asked if the timing belt was ok and they said it was fine, so I couldn't understand how I could have bent a valve. Also 6000 to replace one valve and change a timing belt at the same time seemed outrageous to me. I didn't have a good feeling about this situation so I had these guys stop working on my car and had AAA tow my car to Bozeman Audi. My car ended up having a fuel pump that went out and a damaged cam shaft which only ended up costing me 1,900 to get fix saving me over 4,000 in un-needed repairs. Do not take your Audi to these people they have no idea what they are doing, grossly over charge for there work, and are completely dishonest! I will never let them touch my car again!

This place is a joke! I brought in my Nissan pickup to have some noisey lifters replaced. The lifters had been making noise for years and were annoying but the engine ran great. After a weeks wait and $640 later I went to get my truck excited for a quiet ride home. Instead when I started my truck NOTHING had changed! I went in and told the old Santa lookin dude what was up and he came to investigate. Apparently we didn't get the right lifters is what he told me....... Oh really? I couldn't tell. After another weeks wait and the price of several more lifters I got my truck back with some faint ticking .... I said screw it and drovr it home that night. Woke up the next morning to make a roadtrip to a friends wedding ......get 60 miles out of town and my engine seizes up. I towed it back to their shop and he agreed to put a new engine in my truck but tried to charge me $3,000 for it! They turned me over to credit hustlers and now I am trying to fight it. CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!
