Northwest Automotive has serviced my 17-year-old Honda Accord a few times now... for everything from routine maintenance (oil changes, alignment) to replacing the ignition switch. They are professional, courteous, and patient in answering all my questions. They waited patiently when I shopped around for the best quoted price, and never performed any maintenance without double-checking with me. There were never any hidden costs or surprises on the bill. They were accommodating of my work schedule, let me drop off my car early, and come pick it up right before closing. I would recommend this service center to anyone.
