Just pitiful! The owner (Tom Cox) was fine as a salesman but when the warranty ended he turned into a completely rude and self serving jerk. I truly dislike him and the way he treats his employees and certain customers that do not give him the respect that he demands as a big shot boss man.
Beware- he is a con man
