He does not know how to speak to people and he lied about scratching my vehicle while in his possession! Drove my 2006 RR HSE in with 2 issues thought it was fixed when they called me to pick it up on a Friday 9/17/202 at closing time and found I had 3 new issues that I did not have b4. 3 of my windows did not roll down , screws missing under my hood that were there b4 . A scratch on my vehicle that was not there when i brought it in for a coolant leak . drove it home and it started beeping and flashing check coolant levels. Got home and there was no coolant in the Reservoir Omg this place is not a place i would recommend to nobody. Be warned DO NOT TAKE YOUR PREVIOUS VEHiCLE TO EURO OF MEMPHIS LOCATED AT 2699 broad ave memphis tn 38112. I too read the reviews and thought i wld give them a chance and i hated that i did. Also had to bring it back 9/20/2021 to fix those issues but not the scratch they put on it and they didn't even wash my truck after spending over $2600???????? Very Very disappoi!!nted consumer

I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews because they were the only shop who said they could get my daughter's BMW in right away to check a drive train warning light. David told my daughter they'd call in 3 hours with the finding. Never called. I called over and over. Always an excuse. Caught in lies. TEN DAYS LATER they called my daughter to pick up the car and charged her $700 to replace the battery. Just the battery. $450 of that was the labor to conect it to the computer, check the battery and replace it. This place needs to be put out of business. Read the reviews and believe the bad ones. Go anyplace else but not here.

I promise you, the people working on your car DO NOT care about your car. 1st, they will take 2 WEEKS PERIOD to fix your car to maximize their profit because the longer its there the more in ‘labor fees’ they incur. 2nd, I picked up my car and it looked like they did the work the day before I picked it up. For 2 weeks at the shop, the job looked rushed and messy. Clear coat was not buffed entirely and had cloud like appearance over the area where they re-painted. The staff stated’ it does look like a child been playing on your car’. 3rd, it took an additional WEEK to fix the clear coat paint job on the quarter panel and replacement bumper. 4th, AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK AFTER 3weeks, THEY LEFT MY TRUNK OPEN AND IT GOT SOAKED, long story short, no sound came out my car and the parking assiatnce didnt power on. They F’ed up my electrical system. The GM ran a test on my car and I had 16 pages of failed electrical errors. It took an additional WEEK AND A HALF to replace my right tail light, entire radio system in the trunk and to fix my parking assistance (which they had to have AUTONATION fix for them). After about 3 WEEKS AND A HALF TOTAL, I finally get my car back and they have overspray from the clear coat paint job all over the hood of my car. Im calling today 11/30/18 to have this looked over by the GM of Abra. Keep in Mind, all this for a fender bender. All Abra was doing was replacing the rear bumper. The staff is very rude as others have stated and the employees working on your car have the slightest knowledge of your vehicle or how to repair it. EVERY CAR/TRUCK IS NOT “A ONE SIZE FIT ALL” REPAIR. I promise you, if you care about your vehicle at all, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO ABRA ON MT. MORIAH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, this is my story and its all facts. TAKE IT TO THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
