my name is Christy Bumpas. two weeks ago, I took my 2012 Honda Civic f... read more my name is Christy Bumpas. two weeks ago, I took my 2012 Honda Civic for an oil Chnge at the Car Care Clinic off Person rd. in Pearl, Ms. I paid 70 dollars for my oil change and left. couple days later , as I was driving on the highway, my car started to stall and all sorts of engine lights came on. I was shocked since I never had any issues with the car and never had any repairs done on it. I rushed to the nearest shop and had a Cerified tech look at it. he told me the engine was about to completely fail because the wrong oil was put in the car! I was upset and didn't wanna believe that. so I decided to call the Care Care Clinic in Pearl to speak to the manager (Bob). the receptionist would not put me thru claiming he was busy, then he was out, the he will call back...he finally called back 3 days later! he didn't really have anything to say.now I don't have my car and I am forced to ask people for rides to and from work. at this point and due to your manager lack of customer service skills and professionalism I am left with only option and that's to get a lawyer. if you have any further questions you can call me at 6019274608
