I drove it home, I drove it Sunday July 2 first and last time since I brought it home been in bed sick. Someone called me tonight to tell me my back lights were on I drove around the block lights on back still so they have been on for six damn days. AND THE AIR IS NOT WORKING I PAID YOU CLOSE TO 1300 DOLLARS IN ALL AND YOU FREAKED UP MY CAR AND MADE IT WORSE AND STILL NO AIR. SOMEONE HAD BETTER CALL ME TOMORROW NO KIDDING IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM SOMEONE i AM GOING TO THE BBB YOU HAVE MESSED WITH THE CAR LONG ENOUGH TO HAVE ME NOW WITHOUT A CAR OR AIR NOT PLAYING IF YOU THINK I AM TRY ME. I visited this establishment on 07/19/16 for issues with my TPMS ligh... read more I visited this establishment on 07/19/16 for issues with my TPMS light. My light had been on for 2 months and I informed the gentlemen at the front desk that I was having issues with the light remaining on despite continuous efforts at putting air in all four tires. He asked me which one it was and I informed him that I wasn't sure. There was instantly a look of discontent across his face. Now, mind you, the business states on it's website that they close at 6:00pm during the week. I got off work at 4:30pm and got there at 4:55pm, hoping to get my tires examined to see what the problem was. The maintenance shouldn't be very long for this type of problem, I thought, and they didn't appear busy at all. I was told to pull my car up to the second bay to have one of the mechanics look at my tires and all he did was put air in my tires. No time whatsoever was taken to actually see if I had a slow leak, nail, etc. I had already told them that putting air in my tires hadn't fixed the issue. They wanted to get me in and out because it was too close to closing time I assume. After the mechanic finished putting air in my tires, he told me that all my tires were sufficiently inflated except for the right rear which, before he put air in it, had a significant lower tire pressure than the rest. To me, that would signal that maybe you should actually EXAMINE the tire to find out why the pressure is so much lower than the rest of the tires. That action wasn't taken and I rode home with my issue unresolved. I then made an appointment for the next day to take my vehicle to a Honda dealership where they took the time to look at my tires and found a nail in my right rear tire! And guess what, the maintenance time didn't take long at all! I am thoroughly disgusted with Grimes on Hacks Cross and will never do business with them again. I will definitely recommend not to take your car here for any maintenance purposes.
