I was told to bring the truck in and they could get me in right away. I was there within 10 minutes and then waited 2.5 hours. When I inquired about my truck, the manager said that I was next on the list, but the tech needed to take a lunch first. I would have been happy to make an appointment for another day, but don't tell me you can get me in right away and then make me wait three hours.
