I took my car in to get the brake calipers inspected because I kinda knew what was wrong. Well they stated I needed brakes and rotors all around, and a right rear caliper. They wanted so much money for it all that I asked just for the caliper to be replaced and the guy told me No I had to get it all done or it was gonna be a liability to their Shop which is totally not true! They just wanted that $1600 for brakes and rotors which is ridiculously high. Took my car somewhere else and my front brakes didn't even need changing.

I have always had great experiences with the work and staff and Spirit One. However, the labor cost felt high to me the last time I took my car in and unnecessarily long for the work being done. I had a battery replaced, oil change and new wiper blades put in. I was charged $250 dolllar in labor costs. While I trust the work being done on my car is high quality, the cost of having the work done is unreasonable. I will be looking for another shop to use in the future.

I was charged $316.00 just for them to tell me to take it to Hyundai

I took it in asking for a tune up. I wanted new spark plugs wires and fuel injectors if they're clogged... After keeping it for a day, They tell me. I have new spark plugs in my car already. So they didn't do anything with that. But they did recommend $3500 worth of work. Just to get it legal, they said my catalytic converter was bad in my axle boot was leaking so I take it to a muffler shop. That's gonna do it for a $1000. Turns out there's absolutely nothing wrong with my catalytic. Converter, nor is there anything wrong with the axle boot.. They're entire estimate $5500. I take it to a third shop. And they fix it for $600. Turns out it had a cracked spark plug and the wrong plugs in it. The entire time that what was causing a misfire on 3 out of the 4 cylinders. They also adjusted the valves. That's all it needed. I'm living that this shop is recommending all of this fake work. Just trying to rip people off. I don't know how they legally get away with it. I don't know how they have such a high rating on reviews. Because every single thing they told me I needed was absolute bs

They lie to about procedures

My car needed a taillight, wipers, and a safety inspection…. I was in a time crunch so I went with their price. I later checked around and talked to some people in the industry who told me I grossly overpaid. $700 for all of that… I was told for my car that other companies would’ve done it for $350, $250, and other similar prices. Shame on me for not looking around before just taking their price because I was laughed at when told other companies I paid. Will not be recommending for any work done to your car unless you want to overpay.

I usually have a great experience at Fairway, but the mechanic quoted me a price for my headlights that was not for the headlight for my car, I went to another automotive/Repair shop who explained thoroughly about the headlights and quoted me a price $260 less than the $960 that Fairway eventually quoted me once my cars vin# was put in and they knew right away the different headlight I needed. I just thought since my car has been in ur shop several times u would have known

The technician said I need a new engine but the car dealer says probably not. A lot of the noise I heard was from a loose front windshield trim that was not noticed in your inspection. Some disappointment.
