After filling up to appropriate pressure, it would become completely flat despite not losing pressure during the day. The crew at plaza were friendly, and they thought it might be due to corrosion on my rim. I paid $100 for them to clean this up. The tire held pressure for a few days longer than usual, but over the weekend it became flat again. I tried to put on the flat to drive back to the shop, but neither my husband nor I were able to break any of the lug nuts. I believe the lug nuts were overtightened by plaza. I had to get the car towed. I called plaza before calling to be towed, but they did not offer help and refused coming out to change the spare. I have changed the spare several times previously with no issue from the lug nuts. Also, they don’t offer any ride service.

After the first appt., one of my rear tires was almost flat. Whipped into Plaza Tire and the manager got us in quick, and as a priority! Then, after the repair was made, the manager there told us it was "on the house"! We were totally shocked by this, as we have never had something like this happen. What an awesome manager there and quick service!!! We hope you, sir, are blessed by your good deed....we greatly appreciated it!!!
