I asked if they would change the oil while fixing my water pump. They stated they don't usually do oil changes, but said they could do it. They did not give me an estimate on the oil change, but I didn't ask for one, because it's just an oil change. They ended up charging me $108.17 for an oil change: $47.50 for 1/2 hour labor, $6.42 for an oil filter, and $54.25 for 5 quarts of oil! Outrageous!

THEY SUCK YOU IN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ONLY REALIZE THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR DOING EASY REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF, IF ANYTHING THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR CAR WILL GET WORST AND THEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR IT. SINCE THEY PROVIDED ME POOR SERVICES, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REIMBURSEMENT ME A DIFFERENCE; BUT NEVER DID. THE MAIN MANAGER INDICATED HE WOULD SEND IT VIA MAIL, BUT IT NEVER GOT TO ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE, IT WILL COST YOU ARMS AND LEGS. AND DON'T FORGET YOUR CAR WILL STILL BE RUNNING POORLY. STRAIGHT RIP OFF....
