My car was stolen, and the worst part of it is that the tow company tore through the frame and tow hooks on the back end. I took the car to the dealership (Honda) and they didn't even notice it. I knew something was wrong because my car (Pilot) felt like it wasn't going to stop at stop signs and was very loose feeling underneath. I took it to Mat at HOVW and he noticed the back end problems pretty quickly. It drives GREAT. No more wondering whether something bad was going to happen while driving or stopping!

All i asked for was an estimate to fix it, that way i could try to fit it in my budget. instead he fixed car and i had to pay him to get car back. which took money away from my other bills. i will never go back
