Blamed engine mounts when they had been replaced and are within spec. When the entire job in the first place was bad. Refused to fix it and kicked me off the property. You can see in the photos the welds had holes in it to begin with. Absolutely unbelievable
I have always had great experiences with the work and staff and Spirit... read more I have always had great experiences with the work and staff and Spirit One. However, the labor cost felt high to me the last time I took my car in and unnecessarily long for the work being done. I had a battery replaced, oil change and new wiper blades put in. I was charged $250 dolllar in labor costs. While I trust the work being done on my car is high quality, the cost of having the work done is unreasonable. I will be looking for another shop to use in the future.
