The new truck we bought looked like it was ready for a good cleaning when it came back from the detail shop. The sales lady need to learn that a charge card cuts off at 100 dollars when filling up a truck. That means we didnt get a full tank of fuel like ford says you should. The owner didnt care so the best thing I can say it buy from any other dealer.

I am sorry he had such a poor experience, but in the 10+ years my family has been taking our cars to Froesel, we have had nothing but STELLAR experiences. Numerous times I've taken my car in to be looked at and they have told me there is nothing wrong, charging me nothing for looking at it. They have reattached loose wires for free, they have always called me before doing any work, they squeeze me in if I have a problem and they are some of the nicest, most professional people in the business. I have yet to find, or hear about from friends, a mechanic or car place with more integrity than Froesel Tire St. Louis. Keep up the good work guys, your loyal neighborhood customers appreciate you!

Also they broke my glovebox and when I asked them about it they said "No we didn't do it but we'd be happy to charge you to fix it otherwise you can take your business elsewhere."
