Had an appointment for tires, took two hours and 15 minutes, Cooper tires has rebate that I was not offered, maybe the tires I brought did not have the rebate? I was going to keep my old tires, they did not load them, frustrated and wanted to get out of there. Need tires on my truck, think I will look elsewhere.

I had new tires put on last week
There should have been offered an alignment 
The steering wheel is crooked as well
I will bring the car back and have you align it at NO cost to me

Took my car in to get an alignment and oil change. The staff was polite and but they didn't do be the alignment because of a control arm ball joint being bad and needing replacement. They said they could replace the whole thing but not just the ball joint. That is understandable but then I had to spend more time trying to get my car in anywhere I could on 4th of July weekend. Which was almost nowhere. It would be nice if you provided the equipment your auto services needed for repairs like this.
