Have been a customer of Boaters Dream for about 5 years, and up until ... read more Have been a customer of Boaters Dream for about 5 years, and up until recently, have always been impressed by their customer service. But the last couple of summers have been less than satisfactory. 2 years ago, they forgot to pick up our jetski as requested to be winterized. Luckily the jetski still ran fine last summer. We overlooked this error. This summer, the battery died 2 weeks after they dropped it off (it was only 2 years old and batteries were supposed to be fully charged). They also forgot to fill the boat up with gas as requested. We referred a friend to them last fall for storage, but then it took over a month to get the boat dropped off this spring, impacting her ability to trade her boat in on another that was for sale. They work hard, and are very nice folks, but for what you pay for their services, these details should have been covered. The recent mistakes more than likely will cause us to look elsewhere for boat storage going forward.
