It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Ive left them a voicemail and email to return my call to discuss, but they haven't returned my call.
My rear end has this knocking I brought it in, they charged me $830.00... read more My rear end has this knocking I brought it in, they charged me $830.00 to fix “the knocking noise”. The noise didn’t go away and it’s louder now and on the phone they told me the noise had slowed and stopped which was a lie. I was so pissed I didn’t want to take my car until they fixed the issues instead of charging me for them doing nothing… never will be going back there!
Am always happy with their service.
