Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
