They talk to you and you can ask them anything related to your car - truck or what ever you are driving. If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. Prices are reasonable plus they will help you to make paying as easily as they can.
I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six ... read more I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. I have been coming to Sam for quite awhile for everything. After an oil change at the dealership, once they provide me a list of repairs needed, I come straight to Auto Club. As a female, it can be a challenge finding great, honest, and professional people to repair your car. Auto Club has always been there for me and now my daughter. I would not trade them for the world.
