Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

So here I am on a Saturday 2 hours before they close and they still managed to get me a new preformance muffler at a decent price and install. Thanks Tom... I'll be back with another vehicle
