They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions ... read more They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first few times of being treated poorly just to continue the poor treatment that I was receiving and look down upon because of a DUI conviction from 17 years ago they think they can treat their clients of Lifesaver like dirt and they feel as if we are stuck with them because until recently they were the only shop that was servicing their equipment they do have another location now in Troy and I recommend that you go to that location

I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.
Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes... read more Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.
