I can't let this place get away with their scam...I went in to get a ... read more I can't let this place get away with their scam...I went in to get a alignment done my car because I replaced a bunch of parts new. I haven't put even 100 miles on it and finally get on highway to find that my car rearend wants to kick around when hitting small bumps. So I stopped at Belle Tire to have my tires rotated and alignment check because it doesn't feel right at all. Check came back that it was way off,and both rear tires were facing right and both fronts were facing in...this was causing the rear end wanting to kick around. So instead of having Belle Tire fix it I decided since I payed a company to do it then they should fix it. I get to dicks and the guy there was trying real hard to give me a run-around. He then said oh your the one with that car?...Well we shifted cradle over to get one side line up but your going need some adjustable upper control arms to get it right. Really, then what did I pay $90+ for? Take someone's money and send them on their way knowing it wasn't done right. So I asked him if they ever had alignment machine calibrated....well he said they never do, beause they adjust and fix themselves. Umm so how does it adjust itself, from the car before it? He said no, it just knows...I said ok and left it at that knowing he was full of it. Well being calm as can be, but knowing he is full of it. I then brought up why I was charged for a 4 wheel alignment on my van that I had done there months before... because i also just found out that my van can't be aligned in the rear end and should only been charged for 2 wheel. He said well there's a little wiggle room back there....huh? Little wiggle room, really like what!? There is no way to adjust the rear end on it, so what did I pay for with that also. Take money and didn't do the job?! He said well boss isn't here and you'll have to wait...I can't sit here and wait just have him call me and I'll be back when he does. Well no call, and I gave him a chance to fix this. I also got a hold of someone that does Distribution on alignment machine's. He said they should be check because they do get out of specs. He said companies have them done a few times a year or sooner if they drop wheel clamps. So ether they knew it wasn't done right and took money while sending me on my way, or their machine is way out of specs. But I did give you chance to fix, and trust me....I will be spreading your dishonest work
