I was very disappointed in the quality of the car wash that I have jus... read more I was very disappointed in the quality of the car wash that I have just had done today, Aug. 8, 2012. The attendent was well versed on the "up-sell" for more services, which I didn't care for. With that, he sprayed the windshield, pushed the start button, casually walked and sprayed the front and the remainder of the car as it moved ahead. At exit, I parked the car do dry it off, it hasn't been getting dry in the last couple of visits. Upon drying the front end area, it is still plastered with bugs. Not just a few but even back onto the hood! I finished drying the car and went back to the entry to ask the attendent why? He said, "I really don't know." With that I left and thought I would contact you personally. He didn't spend enough effort at the prewash to get the job done. I even know that. A definite problem for you. I won't be returning for a wash on any of my vehicles because your quality has diminished to the point there is no value left!
