They were conniving and sneaky and tried to scam her of money. They got verbal agreement on a estimate and then tried to keep tacking on more money that was needed from her when the originally estimate included 3 items. She paid $800 for 3 items and walked away with only 1 being fixed. They also did not communicate effectively and she kept having to call them for updates daily. They are were not wearing masks despite serving the general public. They officially lost my business after all these years.

I was going to buy a 2000 white Honda Accord EX, 6 cyl, they claim has 20,000 miles on it. They even got indignant when I suggested 222,000 miles on it. Looked great, ran well. Asked for a Car Fax, and got something similar from Experian. The last report on the car was when it supposedly had 129 miles on it. $7500 firm. I took it to a reputable Honda dealership for a $96 inspection, and a $35 for real Car Fax report. Guess what boys & girls? The car was a total loss according to the accurate title report. It had 127,000+ miles on it in 2007. Because I was extremely irate about it, one of the owner's said I was, basically, nits, and was overreacting. Well, when three different people in the family drove the car at different times, and we spent about five hours with transportation, not including waiting for over an hour past when they said one of the managers would be there, it tends to P--- ONE OFF. Besides, takes one to know one. No more Mr. Niceguy as previously appeared. Acted like they didn't have a clue. Imagine that. I asked why they didn't get a REAL Car Fax report, and he said, "What? We can't afford that!". Gee, a car Fax subscription for a car dealer is a bargain, not to mention a complete write-off expense. Think about it. Then they wouldn't give back the copy of my driver's license they have, because they can keep it for 90 days. I did a lot of mystery shopping for vehicles, so I knew that, but let's share the emotion, yeah? I called the police, and the two Wyoming Officer's said they'd heard about this lovely behavior before, plus other lots up and down 28th St and also Division Ave. Just thought you'd like to know...
