Even though R & T charges much less than other businesses for an oil c... read more Even though R & T charges much less than other businesses for an oil change, they always (always) try to sell me something extra that I do not need. At my last oil change they said my battery did not pass their "test" and asked if I wanted them to order one. I said I would be visiting my dealership soon and would address it there. Two weeks later I went to the dealership for regular servicing and had them check the battery. No problem with it, it was perfectly fine. Wondering if R & T preys on women in particular. I will not be using their services anymore.

GREAT work, WONDERFUL guys to ask questions of and get honest answers.... and the prices are very fair for work that we had done. I would highly recommend their business if you need auto repair done in BC
