I called Before hand to see if they could fix my vehicle they told me ... read more I called Before hand to see if they could fix my vehicle they told me that they would be able to fix what was wrong so I had my vehicle towed there once it got there it sat for two weeks before they even took a look at it and when they finally did take a look at it they couldn’t work on it stating because my front hood was broken and wouldn’t release, prior to my truck being brought there my hood was not broken but no big deal let’s fix it right?! so then they said they’d fix the hood latch well after a couple of days of not hearing nothing I called and ask what was going on and they told me they wouldn’t work on our vehicle because they couldn’t get the hood open so my boyfriend and I YouTubed how to get the hood open we came to the shop and after about 10mins got the hood open and got our vehicle towed somewhere else because after waiting two weeks and them not knowing how to get a simple hood open we had no confidence that they would be able to fix our alternator in our vehicle! They were not helpful and we paid twice to get towed for the first time to get it there and second to take it somewhere else they wasted our time and money and didn’t even apologize for anything we were highly disappointed!!

Bought a used car their friday around 3pm got a good deal 11,300 for a... read more Bought a used car their friday around 3pm got a good deal 11,300 for a 65k durango. Drove back home with car (around 28 miles) next morning took my pregnant wife who was on strick bed rest but had to see twilight and when leaving the morning show (around 1pm) the car would not start. I called the lot they (Dave) said i bought the car as is nothing they can do about it. Less than 24hrs and less than 40 miles stranded and they would not stand behind their vehicle. Go somewhere else!!!! problem ended up being the battery and it when pulled out of durango was warped like it had been on charger for days. I emailed and called they will not make it right! Save your money or spend a little more for a better vehicle!
