Worst experience ever with any repair shop.  Auto or Watercraft.. PERIOD.
What started as a simple 3 to 5 day turn around to replace a wear ring on our waverunner has turned out to be an absolutel disaster.  First..... 3 to 5 days turned into nearly a MONTH and probably would have gone longer had we not have to call them and demand we get our craft back.   After we finally got our boat back things only got worse.   1st time out with our waverunner not only was the cavitation just as bad as when we brought it in, they failed to properly secure the main cooling line going into the jet drive and where do you think all that water went.... YUUP... Right into the hull until the craft finally bogged down, proceeded to SINK causing the motor to also submerge and take on water.   Called and left a message demaning that they or their attorney contact us and YEEEP....... NOTHING.
Want terrible customer service, shoddy workmanship, your safety put into jeopardy and a waverunner that will also double as a submarine...... Then Lakeside Marine is your choice!
