first and foremost I want to say that the tech did a good job installing the tires that I supplied. they got me in which I was more than grateful for even though I drive a Honda Shadow. The part that gets me the most though is that I was charged almost $500 to have two tires that I supplied put on. nevertheless I was still not impressed with how uptight the people behind the counter were. seemed very uninterested to hold a conversation with a customer and was just focused on doing whatever he was doing instead of paying attention to the paying customer. needless to say the prices are outrageous and we didn't even discuss how much it would be before they took my bike in so I was slapped with a surprise and what was I supposed to do. needless to say everyone I talk to now I highly recommend they avoid this establishment because of the poor customer service and the outrageous prices. you can keep my $500 That's no problem but I won't be spending another penny at this establishment ever again and neither will my friends family or anybody I talk to regarding motorcycles. The funny thing is the place where I bought the tires I went back to go grab some more parts from my bike. In the parking lot I was talking to a kid and he was talking about taking his Honda over there to have one of the directional lights fixed. immediately I told him how the service was and what the price was and guess what he didn't go to you. I honestly don't blame them charging your customer $166 per hour when you can go to a fine shop like Central Maine powersports and they charge you $90 and they have a 100% better facility than you. you don't understand how upset I am over this. I am a father of a son and because of this outrageous price you put us in a bind because you feel the need to overcharge your customers and provide underpar experience. like I said you've really ticked me off.
