They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

AAA towed me to Bob's Automotive In York. I left the car and keys and a brief note of my problem and said I would call the next day. When I called, owner Dave told me about my car problems and how he would like to proceed. He ran into more problems as he went along and I am sure he spent more time and energy on fixing my car than he told me about. The long and short of it is this - Dave is the most honorable business man I've met in recent years. He provides Honest, Quality service and repair at better than competitive prices.
