Both times there was a sign inside saying they were booked, no more appointments. There was one car on the lift that was being completed but the mechanic said there wasn't time to inspect my car. It should not take 45 minutes to do a Maine inspection. Apparently the mechanic had better things to do for himself.

They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

Swedish Imports forgot to order/install gasket - allowing my trunk and electronics to become flooded upon the 1st exposure to bad rain. $2300 in repairs to Mercedes after the electronics short circuited and set the alarm horn blaring for hours, lights going on and off, etc. When confronted, the owner refused to acknowledge that his technician could make a mistake - even after he called Mercedes to confirm the gasket doesn't come with the tail light assembly. Worst customer service experience in years. Mike, the owner, is belligerent and thinks he and his staff are infallible. Although their website says Mercedes Service Center - only Mercedes Benz does Mercedes repairs.
