I have been treated with respect and professionalism at every turn at Als. I find all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the worst place to get a car wash. All the machines,in all 4 s... read more This is the worst place to get a car wash. All the machines,in all 4 self wash bays are defective and when you ask for a refund the manager gives you a very hard time and is insulting. It takes forever for the soap to reach the nozzle and by the the time you get it-the timer is close to running out-the function selectors are all flimsy and you can't tell what you're on. Avoid this place and seek a wash somewhere else.
