I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.

I was looking for a reliable place to get my BMW serviced after feeling like other places were either doing bad work, or overcharging me. After reading the other Yelp reviews, I decided to give this place a try last week for some work I needed done, and had already received a quote on from another shop. Not only was Mike extremely helpful in explaining exactly what I needed to have done now, and what could wait, but their prices were way under what the other shop had provided me in their bid. They did great work -- if you need to have your BMW looked at, bring it here!
I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owni... read more I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. Most importantly, they are friendly and make their customers feel valued. I plan to continue taking my car to API for future service needs!
