In two times I paid 2200 dollars for my car, and recommended an other thing to do.  They simple asked me to open firestone credit card for 1000 dollars.  

I took my car last week, after spending 2hours on my car, they told me to take it to dealer, because their computer is not working with my car. Even they didn't accept their firestone coupoun for oil change 16.99 but they charged me 30.99.  Especially owner is an idiot.
