She truly was knowledgeable about her job, and sincere. She went beyond and far to make my visit a good one. Also I would like to thank Ryan your shuttle driver for being so nice and sociable. He was a good driver also. I have driven a school bus for 27 yrs and it is habit to drive along with the driver. I felt comfortable with his driving I didn't feel the need. Again thank you! I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.
