They stood up for doing work on my truck that needed to be done, but the insurance company wanted to just squeak by with doing half-ass work, so they wouldn't have to put out as much for the job. They didn't stand for it, and said, "No,", we are not doing this kind of work on this truck, it needs to be done correctly. And it was done! Thank you guys for the great service. James B. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.
