I got prompt, super courteous and professional service and rather than doing work I didn't need and charging me for it, they diagnosed the issue, flat out told me it would be a quick fix I could do on my own and didn't waste my time, treat me like I was stupid or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. There aren't enough good, honest people in the world. Give those who are your business when it's necessary. I know they'll be getting all of mine from now on, as well as everyone I can possibly refer!
