They punctured a hole in my daughter's brake line so they could charge an additional $350 after charging $550 for replacing a serpentine belt and tensioner arm. Wish I could choose a negative star. We purchased tire trucks from the Fort Leavenworth location and have lifetime service. Having a bit of engine service seemed convenient, but every time we have not been happy with the quality. Can't get much worse than mechanics actually breaking parts.

They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)
