From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I knew Tom and Ben were taking care of my car and giving it to me straight. They never take advantage of me and I know the work they recommend is needed and being done at a reasonable price. I suggest this place to all my friends. It's the only place to go for top-notch work. Thank you, Ben and Tom, for always taking care of me! Filecia Minnix Finksburg, MD

They stood up for doing work on my truck that needed to be done, but the insurance company wanted to just squeak by with doing half-ass work, so they wouldn't have to put out as much for the job. They didn't stand for it, and said, "No,", we are not doing this kind of work on this truck, it needs to be done correctly. And it was done! Thank you guys for the great service. James B. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.
