The WORST experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through w... read more The WORST experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through while just trying to get my car "inspection ready." As the daughter of a mechanic, I am more than ashamed of not only their work, but their disgusting customer service. After an entire WEEK, I was still told "tomorrow" and then when I asked the price of what had been done I was told "I'll call you back by five." When I hadn't been called by 4:55pm (1655), I called them, was answered by an incredibly nasty voice; placed on hold until 5pm (1700), and abruptly hung up on. To anyone searching for great car repair, customer service, and a fair price.... I urge you to stay the heck away from there and try someone else! Terry's Auto in Boonsboro was wonderful, I was given a fair price, and my repairs were done in less than a day :)
