The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

I brought my car in for a windshield replacement and they cut the wires to my car's throttle body and actuator while trying to replace my windshield. I spoke with their manager who asked me to send an email so she can forward it to Gerald Alexander who she said owns the place. For weeks, no replies from him or any of their other managers. After weeks of calling and emailing, the new store manager asks me to resend the emails again to her with the pictures of the damages and receipts from repairing my car and she will send it to the district manager who is above her Tina Anderson who will contact me back on how they can resolve it. Months have passed and they have not called or write me back about it...not even to tender an apology. The store manager keeps saying she forwarded the information to her bosses and their business lawyer who she said is also the wife of the store owner and she will contact me. She would not give their contact information. For months still no replies back from any of them. When you go to have your windshield replaced and you're waiting in their lobby, the glass window on the door to the work area is sprayed painted black so you can't see the technicians working on your car. Their incompetent technicians cut the wires in my car. People need to know before taking their car here. This is not a good business at all!!! This company doesn't care if they make a mistake on your car. Please save yourself from all the money and the amount of your time spent to repair your car and dealing with these people who just don't give a care. All they care about is getting your money and they don't care if they ruin something in your car in the process. Their management don't care at all, they don't want to know or acknowledge their mistake.
