As the daughter of a mechanic, I am more than ashamed of not only their work, but their disgusting customer service. After an entire WEEK, I was still told "tomorrow" and then when I asked the price of what had been done I was told "I'll call you back by five." When I hadn't been called by 4:55pm (1655), I called them, was answered by an incredibly nasty voice; placed on hold until 5pm (1700), and abruptly hung up on. To anyone searching for great car repair, customer service, and a fair price.... I urge you to stay the heck away from there and try someone else! Terry's Auto in Boonsboro was wonderful, I was given a fair price, and my repairs were done in less than a day :)

Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L. Took our car to have the brakes checked, and wound up paying way too m... read more Took our car to have the brakes checked, and wound up paying way too much for a new master cylinder. After paying to get the car back, the car didn't even make it off the lot before the brakes completely failed again! When we called a tow truck to have the vehicle taken somewhere else, the owner actually blocked our car in with his own vehicle to keep us from taking it! Then we were threatened by the owner personally with a bat...REALLY. AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!
