They're quick, they keep appointments, they're accommodating and thorough, and I have gotten clear, reasonable answers to every question I've asked about the process. No car lingo, no trying to sell me something I don't need - they are actually concerned with my safety and doing their job well to ensure that. they changed the transmission on my suburban. just under a year we had... read more they changed the transmission on my suburban. just under a year we had problems with the transmission still under warranty. they gave us a hard time about honoring the shoddy work they did. They adjusted the gearbox and sent us away. the tranny blew and screwed up the engine with it.I won't bring a bigwheel to those hacks to fix.
