They failed it for horn not working, mud flaps, and ball joints. I informed a friend who is a police officer. He called his inspection buddies and found out this truck DOES NOT need mud flaps. We had it re inspected by another inspector and he fixed the intermittent issue with the horn. The inspector then passed my truck. He told me the truck in fact DOES NOT need mud flaps. He inspected the ball joints and said there is NOTHING wrong with them. Lisbon Car Care wanted to charge me $700.00 to replace ball joints that had NO issues. Almost forgot. They tried to charge me $240.00 for the inspection and an oil change. They even said, they would have charged me that if I did not catch it. DON T GO to them. They appear to me to be dishonest.

As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. PLEASE NOTE: there are two Exxons across the street from each other at this intersection of Rockville Pike and NIcholson Lane. This is the Exxon on the northbound side of the Pike, on the same side of the Pike as White Flint Mall, just past Jerry's Subs. Be sure to go to 11433! Phone number is 301-230-5650.
